JFEE refers to an EE that Jack Frags made for the community. UFO refers to the possible sighting of a UFO on the Propaganda map in BF4. RF refers to Red Flares for BFV. The 54 numbers are possibly an EE hint for BFV.
I racked my brain over the Jack Frags EE for ages (even bought the shirt) but my brain wasn't big enough to solve anything.
Someone mentioned on Twitter the batch of numbers could hint at the BF6 reveal teaser

Niklas brought up the number 88.235294117647058823529411764706 a few times already, and it seems to be a clue to an EE.You can tell that the number has repeating digits and the last digit of 5 is rounded up to 6 due to the next digit of 8 (33rd digit).
This number is 88.23529411764705^_(Period 16) = 1500/17.
He also mentioned "distance" and "time" together as possibly another hint on 2 separate occasions on the BFEE Discord.
Distance (d) / time (t) = velocity (v). If it's in m/s or greater metric units (e.g. km), it's a very fast speed that only planes in BFV can reach.
Though, the units could be in paces, as he's used them in the past for the Tricky and Dutch EEs. But again, the speed would be too fast to be on foot.
The d/t = v idea could be a dead end. Not sure yet.
