Sound stops when I start a game [PC]

This is for Battlefield 4, but this also should work for BF V as they both use the same engine.

Thanks for your reply, my issue is more that as soon as the game loads I can't hear any audio. I've tried the doing what the post you gave me said to do however I still have the problem. I do however now randomly hear a something but it's muffled.

Yes, it took me a while to redownload the game but I just played a game and my audio is working. Thanks all
