Spawning in without primary weapon and seemed to be invisible

Summarize your bug Spawned in without a primary weapon. Could only fire secondary and use gadgets.The soldiers body seemed to be invisible exept for the arms (of what I could see). Also saw other soldiers that appeared "flat" and without any texture at the same moment.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. Changed graphic settings to high texture with all the other parameters turned to low in the round before this one and saw many cases of enemies textures not loading correctly. This is the first time I experience the invisible primary bug like this though.
What happens when the bug occurs? The primary weapon slot is "grayed out", it's invisible in the hands and can not fire while spawning in to the round for the first time (base spawn). If it's connected you may see other players looking wierd as well.
What should be happening instead? Every gun and soldier should render properly.

First spawn in the beginning of a conquest match without a primary weapon. Could only fire secondary (after a while) and use gadgets.The soldiers body seemed to be invisible except for the arms (of what I could see). Also saw other soldiers that appeared "flat" and without any texture at the same moment. Was using Thompson and spawned in at base spawn for allies in Narvik conquest.
