Hi @duyhoang251195 Best thing to do is to reach out to EA Help via help.ea.com so they can take a look (you should be able to open an email case and/or have a live chat). If this is what you've done already, though, then they may just not have reached your case yet. You can monitor the progress by going to 'My Cases' on the help site.
However, there are some things you can try yourself too, and you can find them listed in the 'Item Acquisition' section of the BFV FAQ:

Hi there !
Thank you for your reply. They did solved my case a few minute ago. I think the support agent just click one button and done . But im not sure about other class like Support and Scout maybe in the future when i reach level 20 in Support or scout class, i have to request for help again
