Special assignment after reaching Level 20 won't show up

Hi there !. I'm new to the game and sorry for my bad english. I have reached level 20 for Assault and Medic class. But the Special assignment Assault Mastery and Medic Mastery havent showed up yet ...

Hi there !

Thank you for your reply. They did solved my case a few minute ago. I think the support agent just click one button and done . But im not sure about other class like Support and Scout maybe in the future when i reach level 20 in Support or scout class, i have to request for help again

@duyhoang251195 That might happen I'm afraid, but hopefully it doesn't and you just get awarded them as expected.

I'm glad that they were able to quickly sort out this one for you though.
