    You should try talking with them by the chat option, I will post a link below with instructions. As I have said already, this is a common issue in Battlefield V which can be solved easily by EA support.

Hi @Xilse2000 What is the current status of the case you opened when you check "My Cases"?

Since this isn't something which can be helped with on the forums, as nobody can access game accounts to award items, it is something which EA Help will need to assist you with.

    It says its still in progress. When I click on the button to resume the case, it redirects me to a article that doesn't really help me. I just need to directly get in contact with then since I believe the assignment might need to be just added to my account manually if possible. Like I said above, hopefully the representative sees my reply.
