@YuriAkaczenkov2 If they aren't in the Armory to be claimed, and don't appear after trying the suggestions in the BFV FAQ (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-V/Battlefield-V-FAQ/m-p/10488137#itemacquisition), you'll need to open a case at help.ea.com.
