Summarize your bug Sten: gun level, proficiency, and mastery skins still locked after fully meeting requirements to unlock them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete all proficiency, mastery and gun level requirements with the STEN and not have the rewarded skins unlocked
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the skins I took the time to unlock
What should be happening instead? I should have the relavent skins be unlocked

I have a max level (10) sten and have unlocked NONE of the gradual level skins. : [Predator, Urban Blue]

I have completed all 6 proficiency assignments before and after the big December 5th update and have not had any [Mint] skins unlocked.

I have completed sten mastery 1-4 (currently working but not completed sten mastery 5) and have unlocked no gold skins ( I completed sten mastery 4 in build V.23458).
