I am contacting you once again with a matter that demands urgent attention. I am deeply frustrated and disillusioned by the mishandling of my account issue. Let me be clear: I have not violated any game rules or policies. However, your negligent and hasty handling of my account review process has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and dismayed.
As a dedicated gamer, I have long trusted and supported EA's products and services. Yet, recent events have severely shaken my confidence in your customer service and the integrity of your review procedures. As a leader in the gaming industry, your review processes should exemplify thoroughness and transparency.
I emphasize again that I have done nothing wrong. If you cannot address my concerns and conduct a fair review of my account, I demand the immediate deletion of all my accounts associated with your company. I am deeply disappointed by your lack of diligence and professionalism in handling this matter.
