6 years agoI'm sure you've already tried but want to confirm basic steps don't work - Can you let me know if these steps below work? Do you get the same results if you play on a wired connection if you're on WiFi?
Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
PS4:
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

@EA_Blueberry hello, I've tried all the possible troubleshooting I can do. I also seem to get the same results wether I play on WiFi or a wired connection. It also seems to be a battlefield problem because other games I play, I don't seem to be lagging... (Battlefront 2, Black Ops 4, Apex)
