There are no tasks for support soldiers, commandos, medics and scouts
When i was upgrate the four classes to level 20 ,It stands to reason that the game should sent the master mission of the four classes to my account ,but i cant see it anywhere

If you use the link to EA Help that Danisoff gave, you will be able to search for Battlefield V under "Help By Game", and select the support option that matches your issue. This should let you open a case with EA Help.
