Team kill for others player taking my plane and crashing it

Summarize your bug Squad mate “hijacked” my Stuka while I was in the rear gunner seat to shoot down a pursuing plane then rammed it into the ground and I was penalized with a team kill
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have another person take your vehicle and crash it
What happens when the bug occurs? Penalized with a team kill
What should be happening instead? Just a normal death from crashing
This has only occurred once, seeing as I play solo and I like to ptfo I have no way of attempting to recreate it especially with how challenging it is to actually get a plane.... but I shouldn’t be penalized for a malicious player purposely crashing
