The customer service got my request wrong.

After my weapon reached level 10, I didn't unlock the golden skin master task. After finding the customer service, the customer service misunderstood my request. What I need is the scout's trench carbine master mission, not the commando's m1a1 carbine mission.

    I'm sorry yo say that you'll need to try again with EA Help in this case. Only they can provide missing items, unfortunately.

    My Trench Carbine has been upgraded to level 10 and I have completed all the Mastery missions for the Trench Carbine. Currently, there is no main task for trench carbines in the list of tasks
