The Email Confirmation Mail doesn’t get resent/sent to my guardian.

Hello! I have been trying to link my account to my Xbox Account trough Ea Help, so I can play online but when I come to the Email Confirmation Step it says “We have sent an Email to your Guardian, to <Guardian Account>. But when my guardian checks her email who is correct to what we have entered the email never arrives. With this problem I can’t play the game I bought online. Please Help.

  • @0809411 Probably worth checking spam and making sure that it's going to their account email address.

    Well, We have checked Spam folder and all the folders multiple times and we have entered the exact correct Email Adress but we still get no Confirmation Mail.
