@BomBardmentBoy Does your PC meet recommended PC Specs for BFV ? If it just meets Min or below this could be the problem. You can try part one of my write up and see if it can get you in the game but you may need to make the cfg. As you did not post your PC specs I am not sure what you have going on. But you can see if the link below will help you :]

First try this.... try uninstall Origin reboot and reinstall newest version of Origin this will not remove your games. Then see if the game will open.
If this fails to fix it then try this.... Have you tried a clean boot to rule out a program on the stopping the game from loading on your PC? If not try this... https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
Edit no I don't use discord has bad sound when deaf lol
@BomBardmentBoy Discord make sure overlay is off in it ...
1-If you have discord installed turn off overlay..settings- App Settings- Enable Overlay- Off
2- Run Repair game on BFV see if this the game will openEdit ... Sorry discord overlay made big issues for a buddy in BFV just thought of this my bad :/ Another bad program is G-Force experience if you have it disable it or remove it.
- doesn't work
@BomBardmentBoy Anything in this list you have not done please try sadly trying to find the issue on the PC is not easy
Re- install origin only not your game just origin.
1. Uninstall Origin completely from Windows Control Panel.
2. Reboot your PC. This is important to clear out any lingering registry files or directories.
3. Download the latest here: http://origin.com/download
4. Install Origin You should not be prompted to update.
Check your firewall to be sure it is open to the game and not blocking it.
Other things to try if the above fails to fix it for you....

Flush your DNS
Your system keeps a record of IP addresses and domain names for the servers you access. Sometimes it helps to clear old data from this cache and start fresh. It's extra important to try this if you've had any problems with your hard drive or if you have had a virus or malware infection on your PC.
NOTE: Complete these steps using an admin account. You will be typing prompts into the CMD console, so it is very important that you enter the commands exactly as shown.
The following steps are specific to PC users. Apple has instructions on resetting your DNS cache for Mac.
Windows 10
Hold down the Windows Key and press X.
Click Command Prompt (Admin).
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot your computer.
Windows 8
Navigate to the desktop.
Hold down the Windows key and press R. (this will open the Run dialogue).
Type cmd and press Enter (this will open a command prompt).
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot the computer.
Windows 7
Hold down the Windows key and press R (this will open the Run dialogue).
Windows Vista
Hold down the Windows key and press R. (this will open the Run dialogue),
Type cmd and press Enter (this will open a command prompt).
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot the computer.
Setting an alternate DNS
While a DNS refresh might solve your connection problems, the DNS itself could potentially not be working as intended, and connection issues will continue no matter how many times you flush your DNS cache.
You can check if you DNS is failing by trying to switch to a public DNS like Google DNS. Follow these steps from developers.google.com to set that up.
Google DNS might actually be slower than your normal DNS, but is useful to test and see if your connection problems are coming from your local DNS.
Once you flush your DNS cache, try connecting to your game again.
If flushing your DNS does not clear up the problem, try resetting your hosts file. That can also help with some connection issues — especially if they came from malware infections.
Try a clean boot
Clean booting cuts down the number of applications that run when you start your computer. This step is very helpful if any other programs on your system are clashing with Origin and causing problems.
If you're running Windows 10, follow these steps to clean boot:
Open the Start menu and search for msconfig.
Click on System Configuration.
Click the Services tab.
Check the box to Hide all Microsoft Services, then click the Disable All button.
Click on the Startup tab, then click on Open Task Manager.
It can take a few seconds for the Task Manager list to load.
Click each of the Startup programs in the list then click the Disable button.
Close the Task Manager window.
Click OK on the System Configuration window to save your changes, then restart your computer.
Once you restart your computer, try launching your game again.
Follow the Microsoft instructions for performing a clean boot in Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1.
Close background applications
If your game now updates and connects, your computer might be running a program at start up that conflicts with Origin.
Close background applications or programs and see if you can get your games and Origin running smoothly.- I've tried EVERYTHING ON THIS LIST PLEASE I JUST WANT TO PLAY MY GAME HOLY JESUS
@BomBardmentBoy Well like I said its not always easy to find the correct fix for a PC and sadly it can take many steps to find your fix. If you flushed your DNS tried a clean boot to rule out a program on the PC. As well as reinstalled new version of Origin and its still not working then I would see if its your BFV folder in my documents. If it was your video card driver then the game would say to update video card driver. It is up to you if you want to try steps to fix it...
Have you ever been able to open BFV? If you have then try this
C:\Users\your PC Name\Documents\Battlefield V
BFV folder in my documents holds game configs and screen shots even if BFV is installed on different drive. When you uninstall BFV it does NOT remove this folder. So when you install the game again you can still have the same issues. Even if its not a new install it is still worth trying as the game cfg could be mucked up.
1- Go to my Documents and remove BFV folder place it on your Desktop for now.
2- Be warned you do have to set up your in game settings again.
3-Repair BFV
4- When done go test your game. If it fails reboot your PC and run repair game again and test BFV.- doesn't work.. again
