Hi @Dandangoon You can try the steps in the 'I didn't receive X assignment/weapon/skin/etc' section of the BFV FAQ. They've not guaranteed to work though but sometimes help. You may need to open a case over at help.ea.com, however.

No, sorry @Dandangoon. If the suggestions in the FAQ don't help then you would need to raise the issue with EA Help. There isn't anyone here who can access your account to add missing items.
It's also definitely possible to open a case or access live chat through https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/.

@Dandangoon I just had a quick look on the EA Help site and was able to create an email case via the following steps:
1. Went to help.ea.com
2. Searched for Battlefield V from the list of games
3. Selected the "I'm looking for something I earned" option
4. Selected the "Email us" option.
