@Dandangoon You might just need to wait for a response. I'd suggest not opening multiple cases though as that can move your placement in the queue back.

    @ElliotLH I now open MY CASES and it says You currently do not have any cases with us No cases found on your account. Does this mean that no one has seen the email yet and I need to keep waiting?
