When i launch battlefield 5 i can't access any online features, i'm using the 10 hour trial version with origin access. I've tried turning DX12 mode off and it still isn't working, i've tried a help chat and they said they would resolve it straight away which they haven't done. Any help?

Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear.
Also, do you have your Xbox Live Gold updated?

You are not alone. Check out the other thread for this subject.
I've been waiting more than a week. Please use the other thread. Hopefully all the complaints will get EA off there seats......we are being laughed at here.
