All the things you have stated are not the case for anyone. Pls, we we're all able to play before last update and now no. It has been over a week for many and all you have shared with us is the regular pr crap we've all gotten since contacting EA. Using children as an excuse is wrong. Please forgive me, for being a little angry, but nothing new as been shared. What's even worse in my opinion is I really don't think you guys have any idea what is going on. I've been loyal for many years, but this is why EA is loosing customers. If you don't know, tell us you don't know, not using excuses. How would you feel Mr blueBerry if you paid for something and they said sorry we might get back to you..... I've worked all my life in customer service and in my opinion, I would be asking, what can we do to make this right!!!!!
When will this be fixed come on ea!! I just purchased origin access on my second pc so when my friend comes from out of town this weekend we could play bfv!!!! I am pissed I paid 5$ for the month. This game is the only reason I purchased it. I sure hope this is resolved by Friday. I was even thinking of doing the full premiere so my second pc has access to the same games as me so guests could play. Get it fixed please. And I hope you keep us all in the loop so we know when to expect a fix.

It's one thing to ignore your clients and the issue at hand, but please explain to me the following
It's been almost 2 full weeks the online trial does not work, why are you still promoting the trial for origin access members? More people are continuing to pay for the trial and you know it doesn't work. What would you call that? At the very least, please take it down from your site, so no others will pay for nothing. That would be the right thing to do!!!!!!!

When is this update coming out? I just bought vault package or whatever, all I wanted to do was play battlefield since it is not on steam. I can't play and I did the dx12 enable/disable, I talked to support and they said update is coming out(not when) but they didn't tell me this has been an ongoing problem. I only have like 140 gb so I can only download a couple games at a time, Im going to super pissed and want a refund if the multiplayer doesn't work for Battlefield 1 or Battlefront 2.

The ongoing issue is only for battlefield 5 trial. All other games should work normally. If not, then you have another problem. To answer your question, yes it is a known issue and EA has done nothing for 2 weeks, but continue to sell their trial that does not work . EA please stop selling your trial that does not work. People work hard for their money and should be aware they are throwing it away......
