Same here for XBOX ONE Europe.

I did the "destroy 3 vehicles in a round" first. This was marked as achieved. The next day, the achievement was no longer marked. I continued with the "win 10 rounds" part of the assignment. After this was achieved, the assignment simply disappeared from my list, but no XP was granted. Also, the assignment is no longer available.
