I had this issue, got the 20 kills instead on aerodrome (breakthrough).

Tyen when it completed i never recieved the sturmgeschutz IV!

And after multiple conversations with  ea support live chat I've been referred here as "I was the first to report the no reward" part. I call bull but hey.
