Title: Battlefield V — Missing Level 20 Soldier Outfit Reward

Title: Battlefield V — Missing Level 20 Soldier Outfit Reward

Hello EA Community Team,

I need help with a missing outfit reward in Battlefield V on PC.

I believe I reached level 20 with my soldier class in 2025, but I never received the expected outfit reward.

I contacted EA Support, but the advisor explained that they could not investigate further without the relevant game logs and recommended posting on this forum.

I have screenshots showing my soldier's level and current inventory.

Could a Community Manager please clarify whether this reward should be available for my class and whether there is any way to recover it?

Thank you for your time and assistance.
