I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban placed on my EA account,  for the game Battlefield V.I believe this ban was issued in error. I have always adhered to the EA User Agreement and have never used unauthorized software or engaged in cheating. My commitment is to fair play, and the allegation is both surprising and concerning.

I keep seeing this message in your appeal process:"We encountered an issue while processing your case, but we are working to resolve it. Please wait a few hours and try again.
