This message usually relates to their being a trial marker on the account, either on the EA side of things or Xbox's. Since you've already checked with EA Help, it'd probably be worth giving Xbox support a try in case they can help.
Unfortunately, as this is an account issue, it's not something we can directly help with here, as nobody can access game accounts.
