Unable to 100% Nordlys War story, issues with challenge

Summarize your bug I'v unable to 100% complete the nordlys war story due to an issues with one of the challenges, In the second act their is a challenge with is to find in warm yourself with all the campfires. But in the mission itself it's state that i have done all the challenges including the warm by all campfires. However in the main menu and war stories menu it states that it is NOT completed. so im unable to receive the unlockable melee weapon or the medal. No matter how many time i retry the act to get it, it never has fixed itself
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure, something similar happened with tirailleur war story but a restart of the game fixed it but not this time
What happens when the bug occurs? the challenge completed award didn't show, unable to complete 100% of the war story or receive the medal or melee weapon from completing the story
What should be happening instead? main menu states that nordlys is 100% complete and should recive the medal and melee weapon ‌

    I read a fix to this on someone else's EA help post. You need to use a usb to save your player data, also save your data with a cloud save, then delete the saved player data on your console or pc, replay the mission while completing the missing/bugged assignment, complete the mission, then reload your character data via usb or cloud download, and it should complete the war story. After completed, the melee weapon will appear as a shipment in the armory.

    I have this problem with Under no Flag challenge to kill enemies while singing. Must be a bug with the challenges.

    Did you have a situation where you got disconnected from EA's online services while playing singleplayer around that stage by any chance? It might be related, seeing as mission challenge/collectible progression requires being online (which is why, for example, after today's update letters can't be found while offline anymore). I could imagine the situation where ending up offline mid-mission could cause a desync.

    In regard to the disconnecting, it is highly possible that it could of happened but i don't have any recalls of it happening or not. but with that the case, wouldn't of it been possible to re sync or simply redoing it with a connection to fix it but tryed it everyday with still no luck

    Same problem, but with "killing someone with a throwing knife while skiing". While it does show as completed while you're doing the mission it does not in the war stories menu.

    The issue with this bug is related to character animation. If your character does not reach out for the fire when standing near it  then the animation is broken as is the challenge.

    It appears this is due to approaching a fire with low health. Make sure your health is full before approaching a fire. If your character does not reach out reload last checkpoint. If you proceed you will have to restart the mission over. 

    Other way to tell if animation is broken, is if you throw a knife and the knife just appears without a hand toss animation then the animation and challenge are broken.

    I was able to complete this challenge today by making sure health was full before warming up and making sure I had the hand animation.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Challenge says it’s complete in the mission. But won’t check off for the menu.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
    What should be happening instead? Completion of challenge in both game and main menu.

    I’m playing nordlys and trying to complete all challenges to get the melee weapon. I’m working specifically on the “rescue the resistance fighter without being discovered”. While I’m playing it says I’ve completed the challenge but when I finish or back out to the main menu it says it’s incomplete. I am also having trouble completing the “warm up at all the camp fires” challenge. I have been to all of them and I’ve tried just sitting there for extended periods of time. 

    I have tried doing it again and also tried resetting my game and Xbox. Neither have worked.
