Unable to claim shipments from Armory

I have at least 100 items I have not been able to collect for a long time.  I even purchased some of teh items I can't claim.

I click on the claim all (clicking arrow on screen 27 times) I verify all are selected and the only option left is back [esc].

I go back, and all items are still there when I click on armory.

@METALH3AD I have also attempted to select them individually. I select the item go to eqpuip select all select equip. Nothing happens.
