I have the same issue. Login in first time after the EA outage, now it says cannot connect to EA servers.

  • After trying for 24 hours still cant connect to ea server on xbox one to BF V. Checked connection rebooted router and xbox several times, other games work fine any known issues?

@PinkMoohCow not tracking any known issues with Battlefield V at this moment. Are you still having issues?

    @EA_Atic

Today it is verry worse on PC. I can play like for half of the match, then screen turns black and then returns to menu with the warning "you have lost connection to the ea servers". Origin is still ok in background. But when i check BFV "List games", you see no ping anymore from the servers.

The whole year i had no problem at all with this warning. I had this problem also in BF1. Could play fine in the beginning, but after 1yr or later the connection issues started.

    Tried all the usual stuff.

    - Safe Mode and running without non-related ms services.

    - Restarted router

    - Flushed DNS

    - Changed DNS

    - Restarted pc

    - Trace Routes are good

I got an Fiber 500/500 connection rock solid. I could play a whole year without problems. Why this #### start now again?

just a hint: You should really get rid of AWS servers. I hear so manny problems with them.

Edit: Just a theory. These connection problems started last 2.5 weeks for me. Alot of countries started lockdowns these last 2 weeks. So alot of gamers are in house gaming and stresses the servers. We all know how horrible AWS servers are.

Thanks for the all the details @Oxize

If Battlefield 1 is having the same issue then it's not related to AWS. Do you have 4g device at home you can try as a modem and sure its not contented to any wifi. This is to see if something on the Network/ISP or the PC that is having the issue.

@EA_Atic My main computer is connected through ethernet (cable) and not through Wifi. My Draytek modem doesnt have wifi, and is purely for Ethernet situations. I do have Unifi controller running for Wifi. I only use that for my notebook and telephones but is on the same fiber connection.

When these issue occur, neither there is a dip in my internet connection., Tracing and Pinging on the background to your ea servers. I can see that also back in the netwerk info in BF5. Rates/Ticks/Ping stay low. No packet loss at all.

Some ppl dont have these issue, and some do. I dont know why its occuring now again. Yesterday i could fine again whole day.

I am a bit lost now.
