I just got off of a Breakthrough game on Wake Island where our entire (Attacking) team was unable to spawn on the only spawn point that we have.
It is select-able but tells you that it is no longer available.
You are able to spawn on teammates and vehicles.
You can also spawn vehicles but most of the team just quits instead of attempting to workaround it.
Pretty much a game ender when attacking.
Yes, very common.
As well when waiting for a game to spawn (first round) the spawn point is unavailable and changes afterwards.
