Unable to deploy/redeploy if dead body is stuck under a boat

Summarize your bug Whilst getting out of the water I was shot, I presume my body fell back into the water and looking at the vid the body was at the bottom stuck under the boat. I could not deploy or redeploy I had to quit out of the server sadly.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If a player exits the water and is hit in the head it might replicate, my location I have highlighted further down. I guess it just needs to be near a boat so the body doesn't float up maybe. It looked like I was against the floor under the boat.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot deploy, there is no redeploy option. You have to quit the server.
What should be happening instead? You should see the deployment options screen.
