Unable to run Battlefield V on windows 10

Unable to open Battlefield V. Run app then going to windows mode, suddenly black out and jump out into desktop screen. Please help!

    have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling origins or the game itself on steam?

Are you running BFV through Origin, or do you use Steam?

I am using both, try to open with origin and steam in separate way are still having a same issue.

windows 10

Intel i5 10400
16GB RAM
GEForce RTX3060

      Hey @arsone95, 

      If you're still having trouble running the game after reinstalling can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference? If there's something else running in the background that's related that might help to get around it.

        Hi there, after trying to reinstall everything, including steam and all games, all run with smooth, I am still do not why it happened? But, anyway, everything is good now. Thank you for your kindly help!
