Hey @ragnarok013, thanks for the mention 🙂 @B4TTLECRIES-TTV  you can use this IP: 159.153.72.252 This is our EU SWTOR server but will work the same.

@EA_Atic since there is no chat support to contact atm is there a way to give u the results, because i did the test on this IP already, gave it to my provider aswell and they told me if its this ip then i have to talk to EA because the problem is on their end.

My question is can you do something about it or should i wait for chat support, or if theres an email?

Hey @B4TTLECRIES-TTV, can upload the Uo-trace to your case and I can take a look to see how it's looking and see where we go from there.

Hey @B4TTLECRIES-TTV, looking at that Uo-trace everything is looking good for the EU server, your getting 70 ping to the server, with no packed loss or network spikes. What kind of network issues are you having?
