Upgrade to definitive edition

Hi to all. I have a problem. I updated the game to the Definitive Edition for BF coins, but for some reason the game version did not change. because of that I didn't get some of the content. Please h...

@ElliotLH few color themes and skins. I reinstall the game but it doesnt help. The major point is my game version didn't change after upgrade and still standard yet

@Ailend92 Have you checked that all the content is installed and that nothing is in The Armory?

    @ElliotLHyes, nothing new added yet 
    And my game version is still "Standart" after upgrade to definitive. Mb its a point of problem

      I've taken a screenshot of my Xbox installation, just so you can see how mine looks (don't believe there is any change to version but I haven't checked this). If you have the Deluxe Edition upgrade showing up as installed on your device then I'd suggest opening a case with EA Help.

        @ElliotLH i already asked solution in advisor. But they can`t help me because the purchase has been more than one month ago ☹️
