Variable Zeroing Does Not Work (can't adjust distance)

Summarize your bug Variable Zeroing does not work. Although I have selected the specilization for all sniper rifles and alought I can see the zeroing distance on the screen (100), there is no button on the controller that will adjust the distance. I looked on Redit and other forums where some said to use the Triangle button but, nothing works.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a PS4, load BFV, level up a sniper rifle to level 4, go to specilizations, select variable zeroing, start a game, select Recon and the equipped sniper rifle, try to adjust he zeroing distance -- no joy.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, no way to adjust the zeroing distance.
What should be happening instead? By pressing a key on the controller, the player should be able to adjust the variabe zeroing distance of the sniper rifle. So for example change the distance from 100 to 150, to 300 meters.

Variable Zeroing can be added to several sniper rifles as a specilization but, there is no way to adjust the zeroing distance while in game play.  There is no button on the PS4 controller that will change the distance from 100.  I adjusted the controler to Default setting and checked the Customer key mapping for sticks and buttons and found no item listed that adjusted variable zeroing.  I also pressed every button on the controller during game play, several times, with each rifle which could be equipped with variable zooming.
