Very bad perfomance with i7 8700k and 1080Ti 11gb

My Specs : CPU: intel i7-8700k 3.7 ghz (turbo boost edition to 4.7)  GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti 11gb  Ram : Corsair Vengeance 3x8gb 2400mhz ( enhanced memory profile is on )  MOBO: Gigabyte Z370M DS...

    I upgraded from a GTX1080Ti OC to a RTX2080Ti OC and now instead of 80FPS i get 120FPS (with raytracing OFF), with DXR / RTX raytracing on the game will exactly like on a 1080Ti. it is just limited by the extremely complicated content and 60FPS ticket rate. As time has proven over and over again A game will only run as expected after 1/2 years of fine tuning and one has to put in a lot of effort and maybe a little luck to achief this. Good luck with the upgrade

@SnipingMilfs I see it every match in the game. Framedrops questions , people with big machines and still have frame drops. Myself also mostly having the yellow icon at the right. Somehow I just accepted it.
