Is this a normal issue with the war story achievment being locked?
- Complete each war story on medium difficulty.

It's been a long time since I've played BFV, but it might be worth checking if there's an epilogue that you need to watch. I might be getting mixed up with BF1, but something in my memory is telling me that it might be in BFV.
I'd check for you myself, but I'd have to reinstall the game.
