Weapon skins keeps resetting - Loadout is not saved.

I just bought a collector sturmgehwer 1-5 skin then equipped with it, but since then the load out for that gun with different custom skin  does not save anymore, it keeps going back to that collection skin only. For instance I want to use that gun with standard skin look...but after a game it reset back to the look of collector things. It does not save the load out of the standard skin. so I have to change the skin every match. Please help! Thanks in advance.

    @EA_Atic Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, It does not work. I guess there is a bug in the purchased item because this is the only item I purchased using my game coin and is only the gun I have problem with. All of other guns and scopes are working fine, loadouts saved perfectly. I wonder if it is possible that I could discard or remove this purchased gun from my account because it is the cause.

    @EA_Demz I'm having the exact same issue after purchasing and right away (through Armory's purchase screen) equipping the (only available) blue Panzerbüchse skin. This is the only weapon skin I've bought the last few months and every round start the customization resets.

    This seems to be permanent, I've tried changing to other skin parts or full sets at different parts of the game ("My Company" vs. pre-round vs. respawn screen, etc.).

    @Dominix1910 I have exactly the same issue after buying the skin of sturmgehwer 1-5 loaded with 3x scope with it. Now it keeps reset to that skin and scope as a default in every match. It is so annoying to change the setting back to 1x scope all the times. And it seems that removing that annoying purchased skin from my game account is out of option. Now it keeps me away from using that favorite gun of mine.

    @EA_Atic It is called the "collector sturmgehwer 1-5" the one complete set with 3x scope mounted and decorated with few medals on its side. I purchased this skin with about 11000 company coins when it was available for purchasing about 3 weeks ago. Beside this only purchased skin, I have few others unlocked skins ( that worked perfectly fine BEFORE I purchased the skin above) during the progress of unlock when complete asignments like the standard, green, country.....

    I have the same issues - with the Panzerbüchse 39 and the 'battered' skin - no matter what I change it to or where, whenever I start playing it resets to that skin with iron sights. Very irritating!

    Is anyone else having an issue with the panzerbüchse sight being reset to iron sites after every round? I have a skin set (forget the name) enabled but have the site on 3x scope. Every single new game it reverts back the the iron site for the skin set. I tried a different skin and back to default skin and the issue still persists. Does anyone this a config file issue on my end or is it a server side? Fun gun and the last one I have to rank up to rank 10 so this is a bit bothersome when I forget to change it and stuck with the iron sites.

    Hey all,

    The Battlefield team is currently tracking issues where some weapon skins aren't saving and changing loadouts. I merged a few posts of yours together into one so we can gather information in one spot.

    If you come across a specific weapon skin that is either not saving (reverting to a different skin) and/or changing the loadout/weapon customization, please list the weapon skin below so we can add that to the list.

    @EA_Blueberry Thanks for the update. I somehow missed there was an ongoing issue with other skins. The one that I have trouble with is the battered skin for the panzerbüchse. When I first got it I clicked on the apply all or whatever it is to add the whole set. After that any changes I made to the sight or skin in general reverted back to the whole battered skin being reapplied. It stays in game but I do have to change it for every new round no matter which game mode.
