How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm current level 12 on recon and 7 on medic. And the rewards doesn't unlock :/
What happens when the bug occurs? Don't get the guns
What should be happening instead? Get the reward
My rewards for medic and recon doesn't unlock.

You might want to try the following:
Go play practice mode
- Choose Practice vs other players
- Keep playing until rank level up (weapon rank or class rank)
- 1 rank needed, after this weapons unlocked.
