Where to proceed after hacked account got banned

Hi i need some help since i dont know how to proceed with this issue.

My account was hacked some long tim ago and the hacked changed the name and did some hacking in game.
Then the account was banned from battlefield 5.

However i just recently reclaimed my account with the acknowledgement that i had been wronged.

I AM STILL BANNED ON BF5 THO!!! WTF.

So i did the thing they say and went to: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Submitted a ticked and after an ungodly amount of time they came back to me with this:

_Hello,

We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.

You can review the full User Agreement at http://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/

After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed.

Thank you,
EA Terms of Service

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
Sincerely

  • Hey @AndersTheOwner22 ultimately there might not be anything you can do about this as their response sounds pretty final. All I can think to suggest myself is contacting the ToS team at lets_talk@ea.com.

  • The way the ToS is written, is that you are responsible for your account at all times.
So if someone did something while on your account and was banned, you are still responsible.

This is taken directly from the Terms of Service, section1. EA Account.

You are responsible for the activity on your EA Account. Your EA Account may be suspended or terminated if someone else uses it to engage in activity that violates this Agreement.
