Where to report a player for threats?

I came to support to report a player for telling me to kill myself, something that does not affect me, but is not acceptable in the game at all. After 30+ mins of chatting with support, who was not really willing to take my report, I was told that for future reports I need to go to https://answers.ea.com/t5/Answer-HQ-English/ct-p/AHQ-English and use the forum to report such threats.

Where exactly do I need to go to report these players? It seems that there is a fairly large lack of clear communication on this subject.
