@Wavy_Tingz WOW.. Never saw that before on BFV.
It can be all kind of issues and reasons. Also a diagx is missing in your report.
So what I would suggest as first step:
"Start Origin and login in
Click on My Game Library and right click on the desired game.
Click on Repair"
