why can i not contact EA and why havent they returned to me?

I have been trying to contact EA live support for the last 2 weeks and it isn't available, and EA is still yet to give me my 2 mastery assignments on my Recon and Medic classes, also. I havent recieved my 1000 BC from the weekly Tides of War from 2 weeks ago and my case is still labeled "In progress" for the last 9 days now.

I also did not recieve this week's 1000 battlefield currency from this week's tides of war neither yet i got my 100 BC from last week perfectly fine.
