There is a suggested workaround from @MADrag0n via @Dreamadv that is also on the link that @EA_Barry suggested that works for some players. Good luck and I hope it helps.
1. Close Origin and services processes (OriginWebHelperService.exe and OriginClientService.exe).
2. Delete all files in 2 folders
"C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License"
"C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License"
3. Start Origin again
