    Summarize your bug I recently unlocked the FG-42 for the support class, but it says it's still locked, even though I'm a level 17 support. unless it was my future for leaving the match early to the menu and try to equip then, instead of waiting for the next match, or this is an actual bug, I have tried everything I could think of to fix it but its still locked, can anyone help?

    Today i think i saw a post on this forum from a EA employe . He was talking about the same problem you mentioned . He said after you unlock a weapon ingame don’t leave until you finished the match and loaded in a new match. Then he said if you still leaved early and your weapons is locked you need to play to the next class level. 

    But if i read your problem it’s still locked after you reached the next class rank. So what i advice you to do is go to this website : https://help.ea.com/en/

    Just click on help with a game and then click on Battlefield V 

    After that scroll down until you see Contact Us .

    Click on contact us and click on create a case and fill on your problem.

    Hope this fix your problem!

I have the FG42 unlocked and I leveled it up to  10 already but I can't upgrade anything. Recoil , hip fire ,etc.

Nothing , all the upgrades are unavailable.

xbox one x , conquest

any solutions ?

I kept using it thinking the gun had to be at level 10 to upgrade it.

I'm a level 20 support class.

    I don’t have a solution for that. I thought when your weapon was level 4 you already could buy upgrades for it . So if your weapon is level 10 already and you can’t buy upgrades i would contact EA .
