Why is the player base so poor recently?

Anyone else noticed? It’s the same thing over and over. One awesome team vs a bunch of randoms playing for themselves.

The level of awareness is almost bot like - programmed to be stupid or amazing lol

  • It's the problem of the game. We wanted a remake of bf1942 but we got this. The most annoying thing is the visibility, or the action (if i want watch actionmovie i watch Netflix), too much explosions, too much annoying planes, too much annoying tanks, the movement of the chars is incredible bad, too much animations, too much smoke and everything is too much. We need it simple. And whats with that specifications? Skins, are ok. But these specializations are very unfair especially for new players. We dont need all that. That's how it was with bf1942. So it was with bf4. in Bf3 in Bf2 and in Bf1942.

@donthurtm3 There were tanks in bf1942 too. Maybe planes too, I can't recall, but since bf2 they were, besides the helis.
The animations, graphics, destruction and vehicle combat alongside the infantry fight makes bf to be bf since I know it...
Specializations or something similar exists in every game, otherwise there would be no gain in leveling up. By the way it is mutch more easier to rank up weapons in bf5 as in bf4, where some attachments made it more powerful (that you got only by killing, not by weapon score).

Player rank means nothing, there used to be players below rank 20-50 who play well. This is an FPS game in general, who played other FPS, can get used to this fast. There are common rules among them (like continously moving with unexpected direction changes to avoid snipers, use smoke, PTFO, etc), weapon management is similar (reloading, aiming, handling recoil, etc), it can be known easily.
But the map knowledge, the bf specific functions (like building/destroying fortifications, using combat roles, etc.) come harder, most of them is not trivial.
Vets should lead the team, not yelling them continously calling them noobs. I used to stay on the same server even if we lose in a row multiple times, with big differences (except if the enemy team is stacking with at least 2*4 squads).
I have many good memories when my friends weren't online, and I played with newbie randoms. They were hard matches, but they started to know each other and the game, we turned the matches after 3-4 losses...
