Will not load me says i need to renew EA access even though i have never had it.

Product: Battlefield V Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox One X Are you using any software with an overlay? No Which part of the game is the issue happ...

Hiya! @Beastrider651 

Thanks for your bug report. Can you let us know if you ever had any other accounts on your Xbox that shared the game from your main account that you are now trying to play on, and if yes, if they ever had an EA Access subscription active?

@EA_Demz I have never had EA access and never game shared. I uninstalled the game and went to reinstall and it says I need to purchase the game.

     Not sure how it works on Xbox, but there is an option on the PS4 to "restore license".
    If there is an option like that on the Xbox, I would suggest doing that.

        I just did a google search, and I guess the Xbox does not have that feature.
        Sorry.
