Wrongfully Banned by FairFight and I Cannot Even Open A Case?
I was just kicked from the game with the prompt: Game Disconnected. FairFight: Banned Code #tY96ip.
I tried to look up my ban history in https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ and there is nothing, I also did not receive any email stating information about my ban.
I tried to open a new case to appeal this ban, right after finishing opening the case, I cannot find it in my cases tab. I tried to open another one, this time I wrote down my case number #875054853 and again, after refreshing it no longer appears in "my cases".
It is impossible that this happened because an illegal third-party software is detected because this PC I am playing on is newly built, the only thing that changed before I played today was I updated to the newest 496.49 Nvidia Driver. I have been only playing BFV for three days, this is my third day. If I am banned due to my stats, it says Fairfight tracks suspicious stats for a long time, three-day is not a long time. And I only have a K/D ratio of about 2.8 and an accuracy of 20%, how is that bannable? I have had tens of thousands of hours in other FPS. I used to play CS:GO, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Pubg competitively, I used to be in the e-sport team and get paid to play FPS games, and now after three days of casually enjoying BFV, I am banned because of my 2.8 KD??? I have similar or even better stats in BF1 and I played that game for nearly 300 hours, I have 163 hours in apex legends when it first came out and stopped playing because the ranked games were full of hackers and now you think I am cheating in BFV??? I also use Nvidia Shadowplay to record my gameplay, I could upload the hundreds of Gigabytes of videos for review if that's what EA wans.
@peterbdw Might be worth trying to reach out to EA Help through Facebook or Twitter in that case, they may be able to forward your appeal to the ToS team.
