Xbox Home button disconnects player from servers

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Main menu, in game as well
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? Any server, and menu
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 29.10.19
Summarize your bug I’m not sure if I’m the only one having this problem but I can’t access my Xbox home button without getting kicked off EA servers. I tried it under Battlefield 4 and 1 since they are under the same UI and it didn’t happen. Ever since 5.0 I have had this problem happen and I just not figured out what it was.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If it works, just get into the main menu, or a game and just tap on the Xbox home button on the controller to make it appear and disappear
What happens when the bug occurs? “lost connection to EA servers. Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. Please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. (2000)
What should be happening instead? I shouldn’t be kicked for trying to take a screenshot/ video clip

Ever since this new update it has been happening, bug from 5.0? Anybody else have this happening? Help?

    I’m actually having this problem as we speak, first time it’s happened and 5.0 just released

    I'm not part of EA  but I am someone who's also going through the same problem I'm just wondering do you have your Xbox on Xbox preview or do you have your Xbox is up to date whenever the new update comes out cuz I have my Xbox one update preview and I don't know if it's an Xbox thing or dice made an oopsie

    The team is aware of this and has it tasked as a high priority to fix. We have a post regarding some recent issues affecting Xbox users which this is mentioned here.

    The Battlefield team has it listed on the Battlefield Quality of Life Tracker.

    @jking4288 It’s all up to date, ever since the new patch and the added weapons and factions, it’s been happening. I never really noticed what it was until I was sitting in the main menu and opened up the menu for a party and it disconnected me. Every time I played and tried to capture a video clip or a screenshot it would disconnect me
