Summarize your bug Since the update, I am being recognised as a trial player for some reason. The only modes I can access are War Stories & Practice, no multiplayer. Whenever I try to play multiplayer, I am prompted with a 'This content is not available to you as a Battlefield V trial player'. Then linked to the BF store where I can purchase either edition of the game. Microsoft Store still recognises that I purchased and own the game. I am not a trial player and have owned the standard edition since very soon after release day. I have no idea how to fix and have had no response from social media help teams all day. Anyone have any idea?
