Need help with missing proficiency assignment

Recently i got to the scout level that gives the Recon Proficiency I assignment.
Ive tried every "solution" that i have been able to find but none of them have worked.
I have completed Basic Training: Recon Class and i dont think ive done all the other classes.

Aswell i also tried opening a case on this 3 seperate times.
Currently my case is stuck on "Waiting on Player" and when i go in to resume it sends to an article and doesnt continue the case.

At this point i just want ot get in touch with a member of support to solve this via email.

    Hello 1448261,

    You have the option to talk to support via email when picking the communication option. They are the only ones that can resolve your issue. I had to go through the same steps 3 different times to get the assignments.

    Thanks for the info danisoff.

    However i cant find where i do this, mind giving me a step by step?
    Scince i pretty new to EA's support system it would probably help me.

    I did as followed but now im having issues with resuming my case, it brings me to a basic article and doesnt register i resumed.

    Try starting a new case. Also, try waiting for a few days and contact support via the e-mail option.

    It has doen it to all 4 of my cases, including email.

    Update: After a bit of back and forth it was fixed and i got my assignment.
    Thanks to danisoff for helping.
