We've deployed a backend fix that should solve a separate issue for Xbox Battlefield players who were being told that they were a Trial user, when they owned the full game. You may need to Restart your Xbox in order for the change to take effect, but you should be good to go now!
Thank you for flagging this down for us. We'll need to gather the following information for the Battlefield team:
- Gamertag/PSN ID
- Platform (Xbox/PlayStation)
- Physical or digital copy and is it Standard or Deluxe?
- Do you have EA Access?
- Are you game sharing at all? Does it work if you disable game sharing?
- Confirm you've power cycled the console (Yes/No)

I understand this is not a fun experience, but let's try to keep the thread on-topic so we avoid others from missing this critical information we need. The Battlefield Community Manager also updated the post here regarding affected Xbox users.
- Game sharing on Xbox is not behaving correctly for multiple accounts on the same Xbox
If you make use of the Home Xbox functionality to share access to Battlefield V with other users on the same Xbox, it's currently detecting the additional profiles as 'Trial Users' and preventing you from accessing the full game as normal. This is unintended and we're working to correct that as fast as possible.
Edit 2:We're in final stages of testing & approval for a Hotfix that we may be able to deliver to affected Xbox Users tomorrow morning What does this mean? That the issues will continue tonight however we're aiming to have this solved in time for the War in the Pacific. We will receive full confirmation of this and be able to lock our plans through the night. This may change in the morning, but in the very least I wanted to help communicate to you all how things would behave through the rest of today. Apologies to those still affected! If we can deliver a Hotfix, we'll be doing that first thing in the morning at the usual patching time.
